3D Printing
3D Printing, or additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three-dimensional object by building up layers based on a computer created design. Every 3D print starts with a 3D file. To find downloadable files other people have made, start withThingiverse. To start making your own files, start withTinkercad.SketchUp,Sculptris, andBlender are also recommended. Printing costs $.10 per gram of filament and only .STL or .OBJ files are accepted. Please view our3D Printer Terms of Service prior to submitting a print request.
CNC Milling
The CNC Mill creates an object by cutting away material based on a computer created design. Our CNC Mill has specific parameters for types and sizes of allowable materials. Past classes have included making stamps, jewelry, cutting boards, and other small projects. Create an Easel Inventables account and download the free Easel design software atEasel Inventables.
Sewing
We have four Brother sewing machines with a variety of accessories, including a walking foot and a quilting foot. Past classes have included sewing potholders, utensil holders, pouches, and chemo port cushions.
Vinyl & Paper Cutting
Create a design using Silhouette Studio software and cut it using our Silhouette Cameo 4 or Cameo 4Pro. The Cameo 4 is capable of cutting a variety of materials including: cardstock, faux leather, sticker paper, temporary and permanent vinyl, and HTV. Past programs have included greeting cards, jar labels and stickers, paper flowers, mug & water bottle decals, iron-on decals, and more.
