Study Room Availability
& Guidelines
Study Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis only.
Study Rooms may be used once per day for a maximum of 2 simultaneous hours. Unused time is not tracked nor can be used later in the day.
Study groups and private tutors are limited to a single 2-hour reservation per group/tutor. Individual group members, pupils, or tutors may not reserve back-to-back study room sessions on behalf of the tutor or group, nor may they be added to the waitlist.
Patrons who have already used the study room that day can not be added to the waitlist for a later time.
Once a room has been assigned, it cannot be switched.
Patrons will be assigned to the next available room and may not request to be placed in a room that is already in use.
Room sizes vary; capacity is 4-6 persons per room.
