Applying for a Library Card
Residents of Frankfort Public Library District may obtain a free library card at the library’s circulation desk. Applicants must show a picture ID and proof of residency. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent when applying for a card.
Business Library Cards
Businesses that own or rent in Frankfort can also apply for a Business Library Card. Business owners must provide
- Tax bill for the business that owns the building
- Owner or Manager State ID
- Lease agreement for the business that rents
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Cards
You should report a lost, missing, or stolen card immediately to the circulation desk. Materials checked out on your card become your responsibility. Proof of residency is required at the time of issuance.
