The Bookmobile staff can
only have a general overview of
your child’s book selection.

It is the responsibility of you, as parent,
to give your child any further advice
as to the selection of reading material.

Every Student needs an individual library

card in his/her name. Siblings may not share a library card.

Items are due back on the next scheduled bookmobile visit. No date due stickers will be on items.

The child and the parent/guardian are responsible for the books checked out on the child’s card until the books are checked in on the Frankfort Bookmobile or at the public library.

Your child may not check out additional books until all overdue items are returned.

There are no fines on late bookmobile items. The costs of lost or damaged books are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Library card users from other than the
Metropolitan Library System
(ex: Mokena or New Lenox) will be assessed an additional $5 per item for items more that 6 weeks overdue. This is MLS policy.
